IDENTIFICATION / BEFORE YOU ORDER

Give the supplier
the whole model.

A complete cabinet identity helps a supplier check production changes and part revisions. Keep the cabinet serial separate from numbers printed on individual components.

Copy the identification details exactly.

Use the cabinet’s identification/data plate and the applicable manual to identify the full model and serial. This guide does not specify a universal plate location; cabinet layouts vary.

  1. 01

Record the full model, including door, refrigerant, and configuration suffixes. For example, TUC-27-HC and TUC-27-HC~SPEC3 remain separate entries in our library.

  2. 02

Record the cabinet serial as printed. Preserve punctuation and leading zeroes. Use a photo if characters are difficult to read.

  3. 03

Add the existing part number, door position, and photographs when available. A compressor or control label is additional component information; it should not replace the cabinet identity.

Ask for confirmation, including changes.

True’s expanded parts lookup requires a serial number and registration. Ask True or the supplier which part number applies to that cabinet, whether a supersession is involved, and whether the kit includes the needed components.

A completed checklist is not a compatibility result.

The form prepares a message. It has no connection to True’s serial-number database, does not send information, and does not mark a part compatible.

Keep a record of the answer.

Save the supplier’s confirmed part number, any conditions, and the date before ordering. Confirm price, availability, and return conditions directly with the merchant.
